The
Regional Public Safety Training Complex
(RPSTC) is a state of the art emergency
personnel training facility. The Complex
provides specialty props and training
aids for fire and police operations
including: two shooting ranges, a rifle
range, scenario shooting bays, driving
track, perception reaction course and
skid pad, simulated city grid with burn
tower and scenario training (train
derailment, hazmat building, Christmas

tree and car burn scenarios,
confined space training, trench
rescue, rubble pile, pump test
vault, and mock houses), armory
building, and
administrative/classroom building.
Gray & Associates responsibilities
for the RPSTC included all civil
design and entitlement as well as
preliminary surveying efforts.
