SouthCenter Business Park
was the first development within the
project formerly known as Park 2001.
This popular business site is now known
as Reno Corporate Center at Rattlesnake
Mountain. Gray & Associates provided
entitlement processing and permitting,
civil engineering and land surveying
services for the 34+ acre business park.
The project challenges included
buffering of an adjacent residential
tract, creation of an elevation critical
site plan to accommodate visual
screening, potential flooding, and
appropriate sewer and storm drain flow.
SouthCenter stands as a model for future
development within the Reno Corporate
Center development area and our cost
conscious, neighborhood friendly design
contributed to the success of this
project.
