B&J Machines was a three acre site design adjacent to the historic sewer treatment plant in Sparks, Nevada.  The design involved flood protection, access design and solving the puzzle of which of the myriad of existing underground pipes was active sewer and storm drain, and which had been abandoned.  The success of the project was special due to the client who overcame seemingly insurmountable obstacles to achieve business success, and Gray & Associates was proud to play a small part in the realization of his dreams.
